The 2006 “Morning After” Event was no sooner over and our ever-vivacious hostess, Brenda Hildon, was already busy making plans for WinterFest 2007. And — true to her word — she has “tweaked” things a bit in order to always keep our big Gala Event of the Year anything but boring.
This year will be no exception! She has moved the entire event to a new location to better suit our diverse member’s needs. Due to parking constraints at The B.O.B.— along with other issues we faced at that site — Brenda has decided to try out the Bridgewater Place on Bridge Street. Our event will be on Level C.
And ya gotta love a club that has a 90-minute Happy Hour! Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
New to The Gilmore Collection, the Bridgewater Building offers a magnificent view of downtown. Situated on the Grand River, the banquet facility offers a view like no other in the city with floor-to-ceiling windows. The space can accommodate up to 200 guests. There is also ample parking from the building’s attached parking ramp. No more hunting for a parking spot or taking the cab over from your hotel!
