Arnie called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. Carol Friday, Bob Friday, Eric Spross, Lina Spross, Paul Krapp, Craig Ackerman, Larry Baum, Arnie Axelrod, Val Avelrod, Rick Riley, Loraine Malone and Frank Schaeffer were in attendance.
Minutes were not available.
 

Treasurer: Report approved. Emporium expense listed was the WMR video that is available for sale.

Membership: No new members. A letter was approved to be sent to welcome new members, along with a schedule of events and a static sticker. A membership update was sent to Candis.

Uber Alles: Candis was not able to be present.

Insurance: IROC is in process for June 27

IROC: Scheduled for 6/27

Activities: Days Inn rooms available for Spring Up. Last year 15 rooms were available, we only used 5. This year we set aside 10; 5 for both Friday and Saturday, 5 for Saturday only. Rooms are in back, overlooking the parking lot. Reservations must be made by May 21st. Renee and Michael will receive information.


Lorraine provided an event checklist for people who will be hosting events, helping them to know what should be done and by what date.
 

Also, we will need a new volunteer for the August Dinner Drive.

President’s Report: Arnie attended the most recent President’s meeting. Some issues that were discussed included that we need to be cautious of using any part of the Porsche emblem in our logos. Also, Autocross rules are going to change; look at PCA Website for updates. We can provide input on the PCA website through this fall. Any issues with national, they would like feedback. A sampling member survey was done; Arnie provided some interesting results of that survey.

Old Business: Schieble's Cook-off, great weather, great turnout.
Rennsport Reunion – Candis was present and will write article.

Grattan: Kurt presents report, listed each person involved and their responsibility. A budget was approved by the meeting attendees. Their will be a pig roast at the Malone’s. Kurt is looking into the possibility of putting cameras in cars to video drivers and to show at Winterfest. The break even number for the event will be approx. 50 drivers.

New Business: May Dinner Drive – 20 people signed up so far. Alan Christian Open House May 15. Michele and Jack Fisher will have people over to their new home prior to that event. Spring Up to Travers is June 4 & 5.
