PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

** Remember the Planning Meeting 2005 @ Pietros – please try to attend!! **

A number of people have already expressed interest in hosting events during 2005 – a Dinner Drive to Kirby’s Grill in May and the Fall Color Tour in October. Also, comments have been made regarding dinner drives and the fact that most enjoy having a “drive” before meeting for dinner. For those who live out of the area of a proposed dinner drive, Arnie suggested having individual groups meet in their respective home towns and coordinate their own drives to the dinner locations.

OLD BUSINESS:
Grattan: A great success! Photos and details are out on the website. Duane Weed filmed a video of the weekend that will be available at WinterFest. Discussion was made to possibly try and get an earlier date for next year’s event.
WinterFest: The B.O.B. is booked every weekend in February, however, January 29th at 6:30 is available. We will try to reserve that date for WinterFest.

NEW BUSINESS:
Color Tour: October 23rd. The tour will consist of a drive, dinner in Lawton and tour of the Koning’s log home with a dessert surprise being served there. Please RSVP.

OPEN FORUM:

A suggestion was made to offer discounts to Chairpersons/Volunteers for WinterFest. Arnie suggested that a proposal be made at the Planning Meeting.
Grattan generated $1000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the members present voted and approved to donate an additional $500. The check will be presented to the Foundation at the Planning Meeting in November.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50PM
