Arnie called the meeting to order at 7:03PM at Delta Imports

Members present were: Arnie Axelrod, Kurt Wirth, Amber Door, Brenda Hildon, Candis Collick, Rick Riley, Ted Blacklidge, Lina Spross.

Minutes: Approved.

Treasurer: Approved.

Webmaster: No report.

Membership: October - 3 new members, no transfers in, 1 transfer out, 9 on time renewals, 4 multiple year renewals, 4 late renewals, 2 deleted renewals: 255 primary and 216 affiliate members. November - 3 new members, 0 transfers in, 1 transfer out, 8 on time renewals, 3 multiple year renewals, 1 late renewal, 3 deleted renewals: 253 primary and 211 affiliate members.

Advertising: Candis spoke with John. He just returned from Las Vegas and is currently working with Haggerty Insurance.

UBER: Candis reported that Donovan’s new column has been well received. Michael Betz did a follow up article on Grattan for Panorama. It should be in the next issue.

Insurance: PCA insurance will be $75 more for Grattan next year.

IROC: We are in need of a replacement for Doug Tepper.

Activities: No report

Enthusiast Award Report: Lina reported the points are up-to-date and the winner will be announced at WinterFest.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

There will be an increase in insurance costs for moving events (i.e. Grattan DE)

PCA has liability insurance coverage for all Officers, Directors, Trustees, Employees, Committee members and their spouses. The policy gives each region coverage for liability up to $1 million per insured claim. In addition, there is a $1 million per region aggregate limited liability policy per year.

Regional President’s meeting is March 18th – will be in Columbus.

There is a PCA Code of Conduct & Ethics. Candis will publish it in the Uber.

John Cochran has been appointed National Sponsorship Chair. Vu Nguyen has been appointed Executive Director.

OLD BUSINESS:

November Dinner Drive: Ichiban Restaurant, hosted by David Reid. Great fun was had by all!

Appetizer Party: Hosted by the Friday’s. Once again, a great turnout- approx. 30 members. The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

WinterFest: Brenda and Candis are working on invitations.

NEW BUSINESS:

January Dinner Drive: 1/18 @ Mangiano’s in Grand Rapids. This event will be priced per person, cash bar, no separate checks (please bring cash!) Details to follow in the Uber and on the web.
