Delta Imports, Grand Rapids, January 4, 2010 – Meeting was called to order by Dan Phillips at 7:08 pm. Members present were: Dan Phillips, Ted and Gabi Blacklidge, John and Marshall Walters, Amber Door and Jerry Arens, Brenda Hildon-Kaempf, Rick Riley, Craig Ackerman, and Arnie Axelrod,

Treasurer’s Report: Approved.

Membership Report: 231 Primary Members, 187 Affiliate Members – total 418. New Members – 0. Transfers In – 0. Transfers Out – 0. Non renewals – 6. Renewals – 7.

Uber Alles Editor’s Report: Dan reported that the January Uber will soon be finished. Working on a new format and with a new software package. D & D has made a prototype of the new Delta Ad. Print quality varies by printer. We will see how Delta feels about the print quality coming from our current printer. Currently, we have 5 advertisers and 1 full page for Delta. There is room for more advertising.

Advertising Report: No report.

Webmaster’ Report: The website was updated January 3. Dan will be working with Michael on a 50^th Anniversary webpage.

Insurance Report: No report.

Old Business:

Appetizer Party at Czarnopys’s Dec. 5 – 18 members attended. A fun time was had by all.

New Business:

	President and Vice President transition (new Uber) – Welcome Dan Phillips, our new President and John Walters, our new Vice President. Thank you Ted Blacklidge, our Past President
	January Dinner Drive – Hosted by Rick Riley January 13 at Leo’s, in Grand Rapids.
	February “Morning After” Brunch – Hosted by Amber Door and Jerry Arens February 21 at Charlie’s Crab. More info to follow.
	Annual enthusiast and member recognition – when and where? Several locations were discussed, including the February brunch, Spring Up and our 50^th Anniversary celebration. Recognition will be printed in the Uber and the enthusiast award will be presented at one of the three events.
	50^th Anniversary – Dan met with the Portoluris and Michelle Fisher. Michelle volunteered to be our advertising/promotions representative for the event. We will try to get some special guest speakers. Randy has been able to obtain some sponsorship/giveaway items. The plan is to provide goodie bags to each attendee. Discussion concerning the location of the Saturday banquet took place. Dan suggested having authentic German fare for the banquet. Nothing firmed up yet in this area.
	Porsche Marks and the 2001 PCA Licensing Agreement – Dan reviewed the policy with the members present. If anyone has a question concerning the use of the Porsche Marks, please ask Dan or another Board member.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm
