David called the meeting to order at 7:07PM at Delta Imports

Members present were: David Reid, Ted Blacklidge, Kurt Wirth, Amber Door, and Brenda Hildon

Minutes: Approved.

Treasurer: Approved.

Webmaster: No report.

Membership: Amber reported one new member: Edward Klunk of Muskegon, Transfers In: 0, Transfers out – 0, Non-renewals: 5, Renewals: 10. Primary Members: 246, Affiliate Members: 205 for a total of 451.

Advertising: Billing for the next cycle will be going out soon. Delta has renewed with a new ad.

UBER: Marcio and Gabi continue to do an excellent job with the Uber.

Insurance: Kurt did not have anything new to report regarding insurance.

Driving Events: After 13 fantastic years, Kurt is stepping down as Grattan Chairman. We will be looking at our options and Kurt has offered to assist with the transition.

Enthusiast Award Report: Points will be split for the Morning After brunch between all parties involved with the planning of the event. Brenda will inquire with Lina regarding an article about the 2006 Enthusiast of the Year winners.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

David proposed having term limits on Committee Chairs – 2 year appointments. More discussion will follow.
The Regional Presidents Meeting is Saturday March 10 and will be attended by Amber Door and Ted Blacklidge.

OLD BUSINESS:

WinterFest: Everyone seemed to enjoy the new location and Brenda received a lot of positive feedback. We will consider the location again for next year.

NEW BUSINESS:

Dinner Drive: March 14 @ Graydon’s Crossing. Hosted by Arnie & Val Axelrod.
Delta Imports will be celebrating 5 decades of racing with the all-new 2008 Cayenne. They are inviting everyone to a test drive March 8, by RSVP only. Catering provided by the Gilmore Collection.
