Zone 4 Website | The meeting was called to order at 7:12 PM at Delta Imports, Grand Rapids. In attendance: Ted & Gabi Blacklidge, Dan Phillips, Amber Door, Brenda Hildon, John Kilgren, Kurt Wirth Minutes: Approved Treasurer’s Report: Approved Webmaster Report: Michael added 150 more photos. The website is now current. The board unanimously approved $115 for the purchase of updated web software. Membership Report: PCA notifies the need for renewal 2 months before membership expires – we are now able to send a reminder email to those in need of renewing. New member: 1- Gary Buth, Grand Haven. Transfers in: 2 – Gregg & Cynthia Dohm, Frankfort IL, Roger & Cheryl Edgren, Ada. Transfers out: 1. Non renewals: 6. Renewals: 9. Primary members: 254. Affiliate members: 209. Advertising Report: John received a request for a full page ad – Ed Kohn Lincoln Ford Mercury. In need of updated copy from Delta and Haggerty. Uber Report: March issue is at the printer. They may be able to do 2 issues instead of combining April and May. Gabi and Craig are looking into other printing options. Having some formatting issues, but those should be resolved soon. Driving Events: IROC Sept. 7 @ Ionia Fairgrounds. This is a Sunday Old Business: WinterFest Report – 60 attendees. Good feedback. New Business: · March Dinner Drive: March 12 @ the Grattan Bar · Munk’s Motors information coordination? They would like to coordinate a feature on the web or in the Uber for various services/events they offer. They have authorized us to reprint their articles as well. · Other questions for President’s Meeting? March 15th, Oregon OH. Driver’s Ed events.
